I called early in the morning after reading many good reviews about this service. I am happy to say they were accurate and well deserved. The tech (Dennis) arrived promptly at the time I was told to expect him, and after a brief discussion of what my issues were, he got to work. I was told that Dennis was one of his best, and he met that expectation. Dennis swiftly took care of my issues and got my laptop back up and running like new. He was also personable and made polite chat with me about kids movies he watched with his grandchildren while I was taking care of my 1 year old daughter. Overall the service exceeded my expectations, and the convenience of a home visit on the same day of my call was well worth the fair rate. I would absolutely refer anyone to give this service a shot for any computer troubles needing quick resolution. Thank you Dennis, and thank you On-Site Computer Service.

Excellent experience with On-Site Computer. Dennis was tech, awesome tech. Answered questions thoroughly and with great patience. I did not feel rushed I'm 81 years old and this age of technology and I are not on friendly terms. Dennis made dealing with my computer a painless task. Will definitely have On-Site Computer as my go-to computer problem solver.

Steve from On-Site was very professional, and he was extremely knowledgeable about computers. He even showed me a few time-saving "tricks" to make my computer experience easier. He fixed the virus on my computer and I'm good to go again.

Jared did a great job! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and even return briefly to address one small final issue in the repair of my complete Outlook 2016 platform. Steve arrived on time and immediately began to work on my computer. It is now working like it should. He also gave me and my husband a lot of good tips about things we should be careful of and things to look for. He even backed up all my pictures on my flash drive.
