- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing for all of our classes. We have group discount rates available. Also, we offer product discounts when purchased with an AED package and service plan
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we want to make sure we understand exactly what kind of training they are looking for to make sure that we provide the correct training. If needed will do an on-site inspection before we perform any classes to make sure they are compliant.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 27 years of experience in EMS and Fire. Most of which was done with a 911 service for the city of Indianapolis Indiana. We both bring several years of experience in administration and business management as well.
