Installer showed up on time. Confusion as to the work that needed to be done. He told me we would have to reschedule and said maybe the following Monday. I called and asked if they were still interested in doing the job. The girl on the phone said she needed to speak with the installers. Never heard back from them. DNA called me recently. Found out new estimate was sent to the wrong email. He apologized profusely and offered his services for future projects which I appreciated.
