Although it ended being an issue I fixed myself, Ernest still spent and hour going over things to make sure it wasn't something else. (I did not have the water filter screwed in tightly enough.) Even though he didn't "fix" anything, I still felt the charge was worth his time and knowledge in looking everything over. I will definitely use them again if needed.

SET appliances responded to our query right away and came out the next day to look at our dryer. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed for repair. Very professional, the part took a minimal amount of time to come in and they installed it the next day. Vasily showed me the part that was bad and where it had broken and took care disposing of it. Very prompt, professional and the repair fee was very reasonable. Recommend!
