- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is written and itemized after a free on-site visit, with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on square footage, surface condition and finish level. We take projects of any size, from a single drywall repair to a full repaint.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free on-site visit and measurements. 2) A written, itemized estimate you can approve online. 3) Scheduled start, with floors and furniture fully protected. 4) Careful prep, drywall finishing and premium coatings from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore. 5) Final walkthrough together. Every project includes a written workmanship warranty: one (1) year on standard projects and three (3) years on projects of $10,000 or more (Presiado Complete Coverage), subject to the written terms of your project agreement.
