I always make sure to give a clear estimate upfront, and there won’t be any extra charges unless we end up adding more work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for some photos of the place before coming by. Most of the time, the pictures are enough for me to give a solid estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a civil engineering graduate and spent three years working with a top-notch carpentry company. I also co-ran a flooring and carpentry business with my brother in another state, and he’s still running it now.
