FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. The final cost depends on the number of items and complexity of the job. I provide a clear estimate before starting any work — no hidden fees, no surprises. For furniture assembly, pricing is based on the type and number of pieces. For installations (shelving, TV mounting, curtain rods, mirrors), price depends on the surface type and scope. I don't charge extra for professional tools or cleanup after the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple and straightforward. After receiving your request, I respond quickly to confirm the details: what needs to be done, the location, and a convenient time. I provide a clear estimate upfront so you know the cost before I arrive. On the day of the job I show up on time with all necessary tools, complete the work cleanly and precisely, and make sure you're satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned and operated a custom furniture manufacturing workshop for 15 years, where I worked with wood, hardware, and precision assembly at a professional level. This background gives me a deep understanding of how furniture and installations are built — and how they should hold. Over the past 3 years I've applied that expertise as a handyman in the US, working with drywall, concrete, tile, and various wall surfaces for shelf installations, TV mounting, and general home repairs.
