Keegan and several of his colleagues are consulate professionals who 'know their stuff' in both troubleshooting and repairing issues with coiled grids, garage door/grid motors, and sensors. Often the interval between reporting and issue to D&D and their sending a tech to address the matter can be loooong, but they get it right the first time! Praise especially to Keegan with whom I've been associated for the past 3 years.

A great job was done by the installer. However, the proper measurements were not done on the initial visit and it took time to get the proper parts. When that was achieved, the installer did a great job.

I used D & D when I first moved into my condo in 2008 when the seller could not find the key to unlock the door without power. I had not needed them until 16 years later when, thinking that I need a replacement garage door opener, they came out and adjusted my door at no charge, which took care of the problem. That leaves me good to go until I do need a replacement in which case I will definitely call them to do the work.

Just last week D&D sent a technician down from Jacksonville to Sarasota in order to adjust my door from a previous technicians error. The local tech came out to correct the noise & cracking sound, (new construction) when he actually misaligned my door and washers were falling off when in motion. The tech from Jacksonville must be their super fixer because it is so much better and I appreciate the time and attention delivered to get the job done correctly. They sent in the best guy for the job! Thank you.
