Andrew responded to my request and came right out. Ultimately, he was able to fix a garage door opener that most other companies would have just replaced and for the cost of a service call. I will definite call him for my future garage door needs.

Andrew did an awesome job, gave me options and reprogrammed the remotes as well. If I have any garage door issues, I'll use Andrew and not the big company that originally installed the Liftmaster opener in 2015.

I would detour them from using larger Garage Door Companies. As for they may be reputable, they have a lot of overhead and there technicians are instructed to upsale on product. Selling product to them that may not be necessarily needed.
