What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to ask you a few clarifying questions before I take the order to work. It will be great if you immediately describe all the detailed information about the order and attach a photo, it will reduce the time for clarification of information and will allow you to immediately provide an answer. Further, when visiting the object, before performing the work, we together with you will assess and discuss the list of necessary works and then after agreement, I proceed to their implementation. After the work is done, you evaluate it and accept the work, if adjustments are necessary, I will take them into account and be ready to correct them. It is also possible situations when it is necessary to buy a part or material for the work, we discuss a convenient way to buy together with you. After the execution and acceptance of your work will be a feedback.

I have over 5 years experience doing various construction jobs. My experience includes everything from building walls to decorative plastering.
