Responses to my questions and requests were very prompt and professional. There was a wide selection of products to choose from, and the estimate for installation was within my budget.
The installers notified me that they could actually arrive about an hour and a half early, which worked out perfectly. They worked quickly and efficiently all day.

I had gotten 5 or 6 quotes, visited several flooring outlets, and had measurements taken for estimates. This estimate had the most accurate measurement, and if I'd gone with any other vendor, I would have been short at least two boxes of flooring.
