Responses to my questions and requests were very prompt and professional. There was a wide selection of products to choose from, and the estimate for installation was within my budget. The installers notified me that they could actually arrive about an hour and a half early, which worked out perfectly. They worked quickly and efficiently all day. I had gotten 5 or 6 quotes, visited several flooring outlets, and had measurements taken for estimates. This estimate had the most accurate measurement, and if I'd gone with any other vendor, I would have been short at least two boxes of flooring.

The overall finished product was good, but I still have some unfinished pieces that I have been reaching out for about a week and they have not come to fix yet. I sent pictures and reached out several times, but now no one is responding to me. The guys did come and do the work and they did a great job besides the unfinished pieces.
