Pricing is based on the size of the space, level of buildup (standard vs deep clean), and any add-ons requested (inside oven/fridge, inside cabinets, baseboards, floor scrubbing, post-construction dust, etc.). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You send details through Thumbtack (sq ft, bed/bath, type of cleaning, preferred date). 2. We confirm scope, access details, and any priority areas. 3. We provide a clear quote and schedule the cleaning. 4. Our team arrives with all supplies/equipment and completes the service. 5. We do a final walkthrough/checklist and address any notes before we leave. We keep communication easy and professional from start to finish.
