The company had prompt responses through Thumbtack. They came out and did an estimate the same day as contacting them and fit us in their schedule. Only took about 2-3 days to paint a 1900 square foot house. The owners also were very competitive with rates. We found a company with a lower rate and they were able to almost match it and even though a little more expensive their professionalism is what sealed the deal for us. Very happy with the quality of work.Aug 7, 2020Verified360 Painting of Sarasota's reply
Thank you so much Felisha. It was a pleasure working with you!
We had put off painting our family cottage for several years. Finally decided it was time. Jeff @ 360 made the process easy and affordable, based on other quotes we had received.Mar 15, 2020
We reached out to 4 companies to get estimates for interior and exterior house painting. 360 Painting was prompt, courteous and professional. They provided us an extensive and easy to understand quote and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and Emily. From coordinating the crew schedule to the thorough job they did. The only thing the crew left behind was the requested touch up paint and a fresh new look for our houseMar 10, 2020Review from Google
Overall they did a very good job, but left debris that is still sitting in my side yard after two weeks. I may have to pay someone to remove it, as I’m not at my home all year round. Not responsive to all my communications. Didn’t receive a final invoice, after prepaying, trusting that I would receive invoice, and all debris cleaned from my property.Jul 4, 2020Verified
Great experience with a top notch company. Emily and Jeff were so professional but also so nice. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.Mar 10, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?"You get what you pay for" and many customers fall into this trap. They get a cheaper quote and decide to go with this to save a little money, but sometimes cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better. Be careful when accepting a cheap price because when painters devalue their price, they devalue their quality of work. Remember, this is your house, your kingdom and you want it to look its best! This is why we like to price our work at a fair market value. Since we are a family operated business, we can squeeze in a discount here and there. Our pricing ranges depending on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? In all most every case, we meet our customer at their home to determine what their needs are and how we can best meet them. This also allows us to give a much more accurate price and develop a relationship from the beginning. Once this is accomplished we typically generate a proposal while onsite at a customers home. If they are happy with the estimate we like to get them on the schedule ASAP to ensure their project is completed in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our staff has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial painting. We have found that many painters rely almost entirely on informal training in their trade. Our goal is to balance our real world experience with recurring formal training from our 360 Painting partners. We are constantly focusing on proper business practices at the highest level.
