FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"You get what you pay for" and many customers fall into this trap. They get a cheaper quote and decide to go with this to save a little money, but sometimes cheaper doesn't necessarily mean better. Be careful when accepting a cheap price because when painters devalue their price, they devalue their quality of work. Remember, this is your house, your kingdom and you want it to look its best! This is why we like to price our work at a fair market value. Since we are a family operated business, we can squeeze in a discount here and there. Our pricing ranges depending on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In all most every case, we meet our customer at their home to determine what their needs are and how we can best meet them. This also allows us to give a much more accurate price and develop a relationship from the beginning. Once this is accomplished we typically generate a proposal while onsite at a customers home. If they are happy with the estimate we like to get them on the schedule ASAP to ensure their project is completed in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial painting. We have found that many painters rely almost entirely on informal training in their trade. Our goal is to balance our real world experience with recurring formal training from our 360 Painting partners. We are constantly focusing on proper business practices at the highest level.
