Cooper services did a good job but I question a few things while removing popcorn ceiling, the biggest thing was they did not want to work in a hot house and kept the a/c on while removing the popcorn and did not block air ducts, I found this to be contrary to everything i have heard. I changed my a/c filter for 4 days straight to hopefully keep the junk out of the filter and each day it was covered in dust and junk. I also had a recessed light that needed to be replaced after the work was done as it was not flush against the ceiling. We did try to replace it with different lights but it did not work. They tried caulking it but this was not a good alternative and I ended up hiring an electrician to replace both lights in the kitchen. Iam fine with this but I would think one would say ahead of time that there was a good chance the recessed lights would be an issue and have alternatives to repair this area or find a solution in making the recessed light flush against ceiling . Over all paint and work was satisfactory
