About

I started my business after the 2024 hurricanes, when I saw how many homeowners were left frustrated by contractors who delivered poor communication, broken promises, and inflated budgets. That experience shaped my mission: to run a company built on clarity, trust, and craftsmanship. At Collica’s Landscaping, every project is managed with full transparency—no guesswork, no hidden tactics, and no cutting corners. My goal is simple: deliver the highest quality landscaping work in the area, with results that speak for themselves. I may not be the lowest bid, but I guarantee unmatched quality, attention to detail, and honest communication throughout the process. I believe customers should feel proud of their investment, not disappointed. That’s why I focus on creating lasting landscapes that bring value, beauty, and peace of mind to every client.

My wife and I are thrilled with the work that Collica’s Landscaping did in our back yard. They transformed a boring backyard into a beautiful and functional outdoor living area. David’s ideas and attention to detail are second to none. We look forward to having them address our front yard landscaping in the near future.

We suffered a ton of damage at our residential and commercial property on SK from the 2024 hurricanes. We hired
Collica Landscaping for clearing and replanting of our properties and he did an amazing job. The commercial property was blanketed with 5 ft of sand, and he had it cleared within a few days as well as saved us money on the sand dumping. After the clearing, we had to replant the properties. I was impressed with his knowledge of a wide variety of plants and trees and a good eye for design. The entire experience from beginning to end was a pleasure.
