- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Unfortunately this would be impossible in the way we run our business. We really consider each client and property unique and we have to see the property in order to provide prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always have to physically see the property in order to provide an accurate estimate. If possible we prefer to meet with the client to better understand his needs and answer any questions or concerns he may have. We do offer outstanding customer service and therefore we return any phone calls or requests within 24hrs usually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has 12 years of experience. We do have several residential accounts and big commercial accounts. We believe they are living proof of our work and there is no better reference that reflects the experience and quality of our work. Pictures and references are always available to new clients. Myself and my husband as business owners have a degree in business administration what has also directly impacted on our success and the way we run the business. Seems like this is kind of unique in this type of business and clients have notice the difference on the service provided.
