Trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy and other highly effective modalities, Shea is able to help her clients experience positive results the very first session.
Shea believes that all therapy must be customized to her clients' individual needs to provide long-lasting relief. In addition to being a hypnotherapist, Shea has extensive studies in both Medical Massage, understanding how to effectively treat painful conditions. Shea studied under a medical doctor fir 3 years, which allows her to better understand a wide variety of physical and emotional issues to apply the best approach and techniques for each person she works with. Her formal hypnotherapy studies includes specialty training in working with grief, anxiety and fears, weight loss, smoking cessation, past trauma and abuse, law of attraction, and self-esteem issues.
