Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. The staff was very friendly but my dog’s grooming was poor. I paid $93+tip (much more expensive than I paid at previous groomer) and I expected my dog wouldn’t come home with any mats. I was unimpressed with their work especially after reading previous reviews. I was very disappointed.Jul 19, 2020Verified

Did a great job on my border collie mix. Really appreciated the willingness to groom her during the pandemic issues. Will absolutely use again!May 18, 2020Verified
My cavalier King Charles spaniel looks great. He is very pleased with himself! He had a wash, cut, blow dry and manicure so he is started N.Y. the year looking his best.Jan 19, 2018Pawsh Boutique & Spa's reply

Marianne, I am so glad that everyone loves Scout's new hair cut. We look forward to seeing Scout in the future. Hopefully Scout can refer some of his friends. :)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of our grooming services are all inclusive. We have Spa Packages for your pets and they do include nail trims, clean ears, gland expression, etc. Typically not included in the package price is teeth brushing, de matting, undercoat removal or deshedding, flea/tick treatments and additional charges for hand scissor cuts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Diana has 10+ years of grooming experience & a member of The National Dog Groomers Association. I also enjoy furthering my knowledge and education in the grooming world yearly. Dena has been with Pawsh since 2014. She started as the bather and then decided to attend grooming school and Graduated from the Academy of Animal Arts in Largo FL. Sami joined Pawsh in Feb 2018. She moved back to FL from IN where she had been working in a grooming salon for several years as a bather as well. Then Sami decided she wanted to learn to groom and so the salon owner taught Sami how to groom and she has now been grooming approx 1 year. She shows pride and experience with each groom she does and really has a passion for Doodles and any breed that requires hand scissoring trims.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask lots of questions and take reviews to heart. Our grooming shops run on our reviews whether through Thumbtack, Facebook, Google, Yelp, etc. It is our clients or non clients expressing their experiences with that particular grooming salon.
