- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 4, 8, and 12 session packages to our customers. The more sessions you buy up front, the less each session will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is a complimentary Pre-Program Conference. Working together, we discuss such important items as your exercise interests, past injuries and ailments, and your current diet. Most importantly, you and Iwill set attainable, realistic, and measurable goals. With these goals in mind, we will take baseline measurements as a starting point for your body transformation journey. The final portion of the Pre-Program Conference will be a review of online resources that will be beneficial to you as you get started with your program. Once the training has begun, I will concentrate on educating our clients on proper movement patterns, the need to breathe properly, and the importance of both warming up and cooling down. Lastly, I will stress to you the significant effect that both eating and lifestyle choices will have on your ability to reach your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most certainly. I am an educator and I believe it starts with educating yourself. I have always held the belief that I should continuously be improving. With this being said, I currently hold several National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certifications (Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist). Additionally, I am Precision Nutrition certified.
