New to "Thumbtack" I posted what I wanted done (outdoor security camera system w/remote capabilities) and within minutes, got at least 7 responses. I chose the first response, I liked how professional the cooresponsdence was with Brian, it was clear this company knew their stuff! It was so nice working with 2 guys (Brian & Phillip) who were concise, professional and trust worthy! With a simple description of what we were looking for, they quickly knew exactly how to proceed. It's only been 2 weeks since I've contacted them, my 8 camera system is installed, I have awesome remote viewing and we couldn't be happier that we now have a "tech guy!" I have already scheduled them to come to my other home as well as my business! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We absolutely do but the services we offer vary. For example mounting a TV would be $150 but it depends on the size and brackets. Some basic information can be gathered to give a better idea of the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A site visit is a must as everyone's home, business and needs are different. You can expect a professional(me) to show up at your home on time and give recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 50+ years of on the job training. We are licensed by the state of FL EG13000603
