Received a letter from my HOA about having a stumpremoved or receiving a fine. Can’t say enough great things about Marcelino Fritz the owner of MF StumpGrinding! Within seconds of completing my inquiry with Thumbtack he caed me and asked for additional information and pictures of the stumps. He was extremely professional snd responsive! He was nit only less expensive than others, but he was able to cone out the very next day to complete the job. Other companies wanted to charge almost double snd additional fees for roots and Marcelino ended up taking care of the roots st no extra charge, i wasn’t even expecting them to be removed. Overall very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend Marcelino at MF StumpGrinding to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the size of the stump, not in the time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All my customers are one time customers, I ask always for the phone number to be contacted by me.
Later on I'll visit them and give the final estimate for FREE
If we agree with the job, Immediately this will be done.
And I assure the full satisfaction.
Only after I finished the job and the customer is happy I ask for my money. Nothing in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years doing jobs related to the trees. also I have a large technical background.
