FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly Service rates start at $119/month. The factors that may increase the monthly rate are the BASIC or PRO rate, size of the pool, and screen enclosure presence.
BASIC weekly service package does not include vacuuming. Screened, low usage pools or those with automatic cleaners may opt for the basic package.
PRO weekly service is the full service package. Heavy use, large, or no screen pools typically opt for a full service to keep the pool sparkling week to week.
GREEN pool cleans are priced primarily on the amount of days it will take to get the pool back to its healthy state. Anywhere from $250-450 plus chemicals. The cleanup is a process with steady chemical additions, debris cleanup, and filter cartridge washes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial meeting, Pohlkat Pool Service will visit the new client to assess the pool, equipment, and surrounding foliage to determine an estimate on the monthly price for weekly service.
The detail and care provided during that initial estimate meetup, always solidifies our trustworthiness and responsiveness to new clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of training, tutoring, and mentoring from Pool Professionals across the southwest coast of Florida. SPPA allows us to connect with Pool Pros across the nation, so no pool problems will go unanswered.
