We switched to Tru Balance and I can say with over 19 years of pool ownership this is the first time we have been impressed with a pool cleaning service. They do not just swing by and wave a brush over our pool for 2 mins- they actually spend quality time checking the pool chemicals and giving it the care and attention it deserves. I am thrilled with Tru Balance Pools. The quality of the work done in maintaining my pool is well above the level of what I have seen with other companies with which I have dealt. Tru Balance takes the time necessary to do a proper job and also has explained to me what its testing results indicate and what is being done to keep chlorine and pH at proper levels. Tru Balance has also proven to be extremely punctual and reliable. Most of all, my pool has never been cleaner.
