Our experience with BV Construction & Improvements was very positive. We scheduled for Bob to reinstall our wire closet shelves that fell down because of the weight of our clothes. Bob’s professionalism and the quality of his work prompted me to ask for more work be done. Bob was able to install 2 new ceiling fans, 4 new Kidde wired smoke and carbon monoxide monitors, mount our flat screen television to the wall, and a new faucet for our guest bathroom. Bob completed these projects the same day. We have a couple of other projects that we’re going to have done by BV Construction & Improvements already scheduled for Monday 01/26/2026. Bogdan was a life saver. I woke up at 7 am requesting a next day visit for hallway closet shelving after the wire racks I had tore through my wall from not holding the weight of my toiletries. Bogdan replied he can be there by noon today if that works. He suggested different material aesthetics for me to choose from. Gave his professional opinion on weight limits that would best suit my needs. I made a mess by pulling out trim but he repaired it. He was in and out within an hour and half.

BV Construction did a great job cleaning impossible to remove stains on the stucco on a significant area of the exterior of our house. See before and after photos. They did exactly what they said they would do in a very timely and professional manner. We will use them again.
