We contacted John just a few days before we wanted our group picture during our family vacation and he courteously accommodated us. He took our photos at a couple of locations that we suggested on the beach near sunset. It didn't take very long - around 30 minutes- to take our group photo and then individual family and couple photos. That made everyone happy, especially the small children. We were very happy with the results.

I reached out to John for a live stream event. He was great. Very responsive and on top of making sure the venue had everything he needed to make sure it went off smoothly. He was there early and took care of everything. He was a great find here. Made the event perfect.

John’s photos are some of our most cherished family photos. We are so grateful we were in the same place at the same time and I cannot over emphasize how happy we are with the family photos he took. He was so kind and generous with his time. He was so patient with our 1.5 year old and met her right where she was. My pricing is based around discovering your needs and tailoring my help to avenues that will grow your business, not just supply you with video content and send you on your way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a discovery process to identify pain points and really develop a strategy to help you for the long run.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I practice continual education through several means including FAA drone courses, Parker Walbeck's full-time filmmaker course, Marcus Rideout's Video Warrior course, and more. I know that to be able to consistently provide life changing services for my customers, I have to be on the forefront of technology, techniques, and understanding of a wide array of business models to relate on an intimate level.
