Had a great experience with Next Level Plumbing. The technician Michael, came to my house at the requested time and did a thorough analysis of my issue. He also prescribed other issues in my house that I was not aware of. He also finished the work way ahead of schedule which I was grateful for. Since the work was completed I have no issues and happy to report I no longer smell the rotten egg smell I was experiencing prior.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $39 to send a trained technician out to your house to evaluate what is needed and quote the job. We waive this when you do the work.
We do have $25 coupons we can take off your work, and if you are a veteran we have $35 coupons available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't need much, we just ask the the name that the job will be listed under, the job address, phone number and a good email. We also like to hear where you heard about us. When we have that we just find the right time to schedule your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians started out as apprentices and now have several years experience as a lead technician. We have weekly meetings for continued training in new products, code changes, and any other areas we can improve.
