Sergey did a top notch job! He pressure washed the lanai roof that had turned dingy and black into the white it should look like. He meticulously cleaned all the lanai exterior screens, lanai vinyls and wiped down the entire window tracks and sills. All vinyl windows had a conditioner applied and they look like new again!

Sergey called back soon after I called. He was able to come the next day. The job he did was impeccable. He was friendly, professional and the price was very fair. These windows hadn't been done in years. He even got rid of a wasp nest. We hired him on a maintenance schedule.
