Johnson showed up on time - in fact he was a little early - but that was fine by me. He worked diligently washing my windows inside and out and cleaned the screens, which took him about 3 hours. He asked if I was satisfied with the job at the end. I would definitely hire him again. His price was reasonable and he did an outstanding job. I couldn't ask him to improve on his performance. He was great.
