- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the moment i do not require yearly contracts and can do one time or as needed weekly or bi weekly. I feel if the grass is not growing then why should i get paid for not mowing ;).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phonecall or text to set up a time for me to come and meet and let the potential customer show me their ideas thoughts and wants and discuss back and forth my ideas and options . Take pictures of areas they are wanting to be done and then I go and draw up design if appropriate for the situation , gather plant options and then share with customer. All options are laid out for approval before being planted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training and many many years of doing my own along with friends and families landscaping and maintaining my own lawn . And honestly if i am faced with a question that I do not know the answer to I am not just going to make something up I go and research till i know . I love learning and becoming more knowledgeable about the type of work I do.
