The guys came out and did a great job getting everything loaded in the truck and then unloaded at the new place. My sofa was too big and they found a way to make it to the truck safely! Packing of everything for extra protection! I am so thankful I had them. Thanks guys for all your help!

This moving company is fantastic! They showed great expertise and care at moving a baby grand piano and an upright piano. They were right on time (actually early) and were efficient and kind. They were prompt at responding to my questions. I will definitely recommend them and use again when needed.

I can't thank enough for Grand Moving & Storage to handle my moving. I had a really bad experience with prior mover who broke and stole my things and they were very patient to answer all the questions I had and they truly care about customers' belongings. They took care of my things as if they were their own and were very respectful (important as a single woman) and kind. I felt very comfortable around them inside my apartment and am very appreciative of all the work they have done, will definitely call again when I move again.

These guys were AMAZING!!! Moving FROM a 2nd floor Apt.Unit TO the 3rd floor, different building, these guys were FAST! Went the extra mile & were able to assemble my King Size bed frame to the Headboard, no problem! Kind, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond what was expected! Thank you guys so incredibly much!!

I'm so glad I went with this company for my move from Tampa to St. Petersburg. They worked with me when I had to change start times and they were so quick and efficient. Very professional and nice guys that took apart and reassembled some furniture for me. I can't say enough nice things about these guys. I highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential and Commercial moves are typically done at an hourly rate with a one-time service fee. Piano and Specialty item moves are typically priced at a flat rate. Though we might not be the cheapest movers the value and service we offer far exceeds our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will contact us for a quote. At that time we will try to discuss the inventory of the move and discuss what services are needed. In some cases such as a full pack job, we will need to see everything in person or over a video chat. Once we have enough information, we will give the customer an accurate quote along with the next steps to prepare for move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25+ years of in the field experience. After working for multiple moving companies, we have learned best practices for a safe and efficient move!
