- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t haggle because we give you a fair price to begin with. We can always alter the menu to fit it into your budget. We understand that specifically weddings can be pricey so we try to be as fair as possible while also letting the client know that we are not a fast food chain restaurant so we cannot match that type of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet them, brainstorm a menu to their liking, then we set up a tasting and move forward from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Anthony has his A.S degree in culinary arts from the Arts Institute
