Zee and Blinds International are professional and did an excellent job. They installed a motorized roller shade on my glass wall of balcony that can be controlled from the iPhone. I hired Zee to install blinds, roller shades and a curtain rod at my mother-in-law’s condo a little late in the game (it was the move-in date and there were boxes everywhere). He was a good sport, very patient and professional. If you’re reading this review wondering if you should hire him, go ahead and do it! You won’t regret it!

Well on a $3500 job they didn't wait the full 3days before depositing the down payment check. Customer service sucked very hard and I let Eddy the lead salesman know it. They installed 7 blackout shades for us, however 2days later the first shade fell down, when Mr. France their primary installer came by to fix it he also inspected the other six and one of those fell completely down and he fixed it. So now the Roman Blind we have on the first window which is why I texted him on May 1st. Mr. France was supposed to come by on Wednesday May 2nd. we're so frustrated with this company it beyond words. These two photos are on the very first window that fell and after he repaired it now the Roman Blind on that window doesn't work. According to their contract there is a 3yr warranty, but heck we haven't gotten past 60days yet. We expected a lot more after spending a very large chunk of money perhaps we need to contact the state of Florida for help.
