If I could've chosen all 5 choices of what we liked I would have, but also consider Professionalism and Value as additional choices we recognize for Appliance Heroes. Mr.Jones came promptly, spent a long time checking out all the possibilities that could have caused my LG dryer not to work. (It was not turning on). We ordered a a new main board, it arrived, he promptly came over to install it. Mr.Jones is truly our appliance hero and we will definitely call him again for our appliance repairs. He knows his stuff and is very fair in his pricing.

I asked Jesse to take on a small project of sanding a couple of pub chairs for eventual refinishing. He squeezed me in the next day, and didn't overcharge me. Good job.

We needed help with our washing machine. It was not working correctly; the water level was low and the digital cycle selector was not responding. We called appliance heroes. Jesse answered the call. He came over and fixed it. He also gave us some pointers on how he did the work under service warranty. Great job!

Exceptional service from start to finish! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my appliance and had it up and running in no time. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the repair was done right.
