Mathew was an absolute pleasure to work with, he happened to have availability the same day, and came to work on my sliding glass doors. I was having some issues opening and closing and also locking them properly. He came by and solved all my issues. He was very professional and respectful. I would recommend him easily for someone looking to repair doors and or anything regarding locks and keys. Overall a great experience!

Matt responded very quickly and was able to come out the next day to fix several various lock related issues I was having including a wooden fence hinge and installing a smart lock. He was punctual and clear in explaining what he was doing and got everything done exactly as needed.

Matt did a really great job on fixing my gate. It was pretty broken and he repaired it so it's working like new again. It looks really good too. He took his time doing it right, I really appreciate it. The price was very affordable for me. I'll definitely recommend him to my neighbors and would use him again. Thank you!

Labryinth is legit! Responded to my request immediately and a tech arrive within an hour to fix my front door. Replaced lock promptly and even gave me a extra copy of keys for free. Would use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary slightly depending on distance to cover long travel.
Most important is that I set a fixed price to an exact amount agreed before I meet with customers to perform the job. We can talk about products and text pics to discuss anything you need from a certified locksmith.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First know what generally is needed, time and location they would like to get their job done, then usually followed more details and/or texting pics of the items they need worked on so that everything flows in a way to your satisfaction.
If the work is satisfactory then followed by payment agreed on and hopefully I meet the standard of their positive review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in most physical security applications from hands on tradesmen courses. Most experience is on job training or under a lifelong locksmith from previous employers. I have been doing hands on work exercising mechanical aptitude my whole working career.
