After moving into a new home that had been vacant for a while, we realized it was essential to clean the air ducts. I discovered Chikola Duct Cleaning & Repair through Thumbtack, and Methanel was able to come out the same day. During the duct cleaning, he identified mold in our upstairs AC unit and provided clear, step-by-step guidance on how to address the problem. He also offered various options that aligned with my budget and long-term goals. I am incredibly grateful for Methanel’s exceptional work; he not only removed all the mold but also installed UV lights in each AC unit and cleaned the ducts and dryer vent. Now, I feel reassured that our air is clean and free from the risk of mold returning. Additionally, Methanel was a delight to talk to—his kindness truly made a lasting impression on me.

Project completed as planned. I mentioned a sloppy technician and the owner apologized and said that a plan will be put in place. The technician's appearance did not affect quality of work. I would hire them again.
