We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. Whether it be researching the newest green cleaning products or using technology to connect to you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common service is our Klean Bees Standard weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. We use a room by room checklist specific to your needs and our cleaners have carte blanche to rotate in deep cleaning items as needed. If you need any extras, just ask. If we can do it, we will.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know who is coming to your home. Some companies rotate cleaners frequently meaning you don't know the person you are letting around your family and valuables. At Klean Bees we try our best to ensure you are comfortable with our employees. Usually we'll send the same Bee to your home but when that's not possible, rest easy, as each New-Bee has been fully background checked and drug tested.
