- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed. There are no hidden fees. For new Tallahassee clients, we’re currently giving $50 OFF your first clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to learn about your home and priorities. Our team brings all supplies. We do a short walk-through before cleaning to confirm important areas, and a final walk-through when we’re finished to make sure everything is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are trained in deep cleaning, move-in/move-out service, and recurring maintenance. We follow detailed checklists so every Tallahassee client receives consistent, professional results.
