Not only is Charmaine good at her job, she is also extremely likable, reasonably priced, and the type who has a difficult time walking away from something that needs to be cleaned that wasn't on the list I provided (because she is thorough and dedicated to her craft). She rescued us at a dire time in our family's lives, and made room in her schedule last minute for a deep clean of our entire townhouse. And as you can see in the attached pictures, she left us with no dust or grime - just a lighter, clean space we look forward to hanging out in. As she mopped herself down the hall and out the front door, I felt my stress leave as well. Looking forward to the next time, and hoping others will consider hiring her and experiencing the relief!

I hired Charmaine for a cleaning and was really happy with the results. She showed up on time, was professional, and did a thorough job. My kitchen and bathrooms looked great, and the floors were spotless. She also checked with me before leaving to make sure everything looked good, which I appreciated. Overall, a smooth experience and I would definitely use her again!

I had a miscarriage two thursdays ago and my small apartment fell into disarray, a clear representation of my mental state. I took a chance and hired a random person from this website to help me clean my apartment and let me tell yall something. Chermain came in on time and clean this place so good you could eat off the floor, and she did all that as quickly and quietly as possible because I was asleep the entire time (about 2 hours). I’m writing this review because I want everyone to know that even though she might’ve thought she just came in to clean a messy apartment she did so much more for my mental! She will have a client in me for as long as I live here!
