I schedule a deep house cleaning with this company before I moved to my new house. I was working so I trusted their integrity as a company and their words “For a home that size we can do the cleaning for 225. The home will be sparkling clean ready to be moved into” They came to do the cleaning on a Wednesday I believe and I moved in a Saturday, when I arrived to the house I was so disappointed. Without counting that the landloard came to the house around 10;45am that day and told me that no body was in the house cleaning. They came but they didn’t clean, the second floor was dusty, and they didn’t do any work on the bathrooms, the first floor was as I left it and the house didnt felt cleaned and fresh. Also I have to mentioned that Victor, I believe is his name, kept calling me to receive the payment something that I found strange because I told him that I was working and in meetings. I sent pictures and called him and asked for a refund and I havent received any response. You cant have people to come and clean your house if you dont trust them. Im so dissatisfied and disappointed. I rarely left reviews but this case people need to know the lack of honesty and integrity of this people. DONT BOOK WITH THEM.
