- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hair services and makeup applications have starting prices. A consultation is where I can determine how much it will be. Traveling fees may be added when the client(s) is outside of my eight mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn about my clients. I find out what they like, what they don't like and what they are willing to try. I take that information, combined with my expertise, and give them a look that is all their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist in Florida. I have been in this industry my whole life. I grew up the daughter of a wedding photographer. And my mother was/still is a licensed cosmetologist and an event planner.
