- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client has the option of paying hourly, per project, or per job sold depending on the task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best to set up a virtual appointment to understand your needs and expectations. Depending on your needs, a proposal will be sent, the client can reserve hours for the project's completion, or an invoice will be sent (this last one is only for voice-over projects).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Inter-American University of PR. I'm certified in business foundations. Furthermore, I am a certified color specialist by FIT. I am always seeking for more knowledge on sales and marketing to better serve my clients. I have been providing customer service and support to various industries, from the food industry to legal.
