- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 65.00 per hour or if there are too many hours involved we will just charge by the job. when i look at a job the first thing that i think about is how long will this job take me? most of the time i will let the customer know the max amount of hours and i will not charge any more money if it goes over that time frame. If it takes less time we will adjust the time to how ever many hours we worked. and that is all the customer pays. This way our customers Stay happy with our billing system. we always want our customers to talk to us if they don't think our prices are fair and we will work with them to come to a agreement. Remember we are honest and fair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many certifications in the HVAC industry. I am also a CPO (certified pool and spa operator) Every chance i get i try to add more to my education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Everyday making people happy with my work made me love this profession. I have been doing it every since.
