As a food business owner in the Orlando area, I truly appreciate when I see that a company with a valet service at a great restaurant like Lamp and Shade goes above and beyond with their level of customer service and professionalism to make sure that the guests at this establishment are well taken care of. Everyone on staff is very friendly and gives a very warm welcome when you arrive to the restaurant. I cant say enough good things about this experience and I will be back again or sure.

The valet service from everyone on staff at American Valet Services at their location next to downtown Orlando at Lamp and Shade is exceptional and the valets are all very nice people as well. Everyone on staff is very personable and quick to retrieve your vehicle when you are on the way out of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this valet service to any restaurant or person that needs a valet service for a private event. Five out of five stars

Amazing service! Very welcoming and did not wait long at all for staff to taking my keys and pulling up my car! There are many valet services out there but this one is unique especially how attentive and professional they were! I can tell the associates here care not just about vehicles but also about the people! Will definitely use them again!

From my experience AVS has always delivered top-tier service. Theyre professional, friendly, quick, and make the whole experience feel effortless from the moment you arrive. Honestly, theyve made some of my favorite restaurants in Tallahassee even better just by being there. Its one of those small details that really elevates a night out. Highly recommend!
