I hate leaving a bad review, but I feel it’s important bc these are our pets. The groomer was nice not he did a butcher job on my cat (lion cut that I requested) and he seemed to have dry skin and oil just sprayed with perfume so it didn’t seem to be bathed even though he said he did. Maybe not good enough. And his ears were super dirty :/. Then my other cat still had mats in her coat so I guess she didn’t really get deshedded or brushed out. It sucks bc this is the first professional wash/groom the cats have ever had and I didn’t really have the $215 to pay just to turn around and need to take them somewhere else. I’ll try to add pics later. And the mobile van set up seemed like a handy man van not a quality business. He also didn’t speak English which I didn’t think would matter. Maybe this review will help them get more training.

Sheri, I regret to hear that our grooming services did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to point out that our standard fee for a comprehensive grooming package, including styling, haircut, deshedding, and other services, is $130 per cat. You were charged $200 for two cats, which included a basic grooming service consisting of a bath only.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope you're doing well.
