Ulrick always communicated with me on his status and was able to pick up materials that was needed for the job. He was able to remove popcorn ceiling, knockdown on walls and ceiling, remove sliders and install window, install ceiling fan, added new outlets. He was able to get our tile installed. He is a clean worker- left the room cleaned up and mopped up every time he left for the day. Happy with the job, thank you Ulrick, until next time!

Angel did a great job removing our yucky popcorn ceiling to a smooth, evenly painted, modern looking ceiling. He was at our house promptly each morning to get to work and left late in the evening. His price was very reasonable compared to others. He even installed our new ceiling fans and electrical fixtures up for us. Choose Angel if you want the job done right!!!

Angel did an amazing job at my Mother’s condo. He removed the Popcorn ceilings, painted the entire condo, and fixed the ceiling in the kitchen. Removed and put up 2 fans. My mother is a smoker and the condo was full of nicotine - note you can’t even tell thanks to the fantastic work Angel did. Very punctual and on time everyday, fairly priced, works quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him and his company and will work with him again!

FIVE STAR POPCORN REMOVAL LLC

No joke, they really are Five star!! Quick response, took great care to make sure that my whole house was covered properly to minimize any popcorn getting onto anything during removal. I chose textured ceilings and they look so good, the guys did a lot of work repairing the cracks and damage underneath the popcorn, they painted and even touched up the edges with my paint. The house looks brand new!! All at a competitive cost. You won't regret choosing this company.

South FL Remodeling did an excellent job removing the popcorn ceiling and taking down the drywall and insulation. The team was professional, reliable, and worked efficiently throughout the entire process. They kept the work area organized and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or demolition services.

First, Jhon was very competitive in his price, accommodating to my schedule, and far exceeded what I thought the ceiling could be.

I enjoyed working with Jhon and his team. By far exceeded my expectations. I had a house was smoke damaged from years of cigarette smoke. Jhon was able to remove the popcorn ceiling, fix the weak spots in the house, skim coat the ceiling and painted. The house smells new, looks incredible, and I was able to hang ceiling fans.

Jhon was very professional, made certain to remove his waste and clean at the end of each visit. I could not have imagined a better contractor to work with. This is going to be my residence for at least ten years, and Jhon was instrumental in making my house into a home for my family.

Thank you to Jhon and his team. I'm glad everyday I come home. I will hire you again for the next project.

Angel with AMD was phenomenal. We hired AMD to remove the popcorn ceiling of our 1400 sf home and then paint it in its entirety.

The painting aspect was an especially challenging job considering there were multiple mid-tone colors to cover throughout, floor to ceiling mirrors to remove, and (unknown/unexpected) thick textured wallpaper behind the mirrors which also required removal. Angel worked with us to time the painting aspect to occur AFTER the new flooring was installed. The work was TOP quality with precision to make sure EVERY level of detail was expertly executed.

In the end, all the ceilings are smooth and polished, all the walls are now ONE color with baseboards refreshed. The electrical fixtures were also replaced with new ones.

The difference? Night and Day! Angel communicated with me at EVERY step of the process to ensure my desires were fully understood, and he also made recommendations based on his years of craft and expertise. I would hire AMD again with my eyes closed!

I shopped around many contractors to remove the popcorn ceiling of my new home. Most of them ranged from 1500 (shady) to a staggering 7500. I was in disbelief that none of the contractors (except Fabian) mentioned to me that I could save significantly by adding knockdown. Based on his honest advice and value I decided to go with him.
I was very happy with the results. Fabian is a legit (has license/full insured.) Be smart, hire a fully insured/licensed professional. Avoid the liability and risk of your contractor not having business insurance if they mess up.

Will do more business with him!

Very professional from the get-go showed up on time for the appointments provided a competitive bid worked with me and did everything they said they were going to do. They showed up every day they worked until the end of the day no lapses in punctuality
Very high-quality work and they had all of the right tools and everyone just saw them working was very impressed
I ask for a little extras here and there nothing much but they did pretty much whatever I asked. I have to say one of the most important things is that they were very clean and the job which is a nasty job was not messy at all the way they performed. Also any dust or minor mess that was created they cleaned up. I have recommended Them already to other people and I recommend them to you!!!
Great job guys incidentally they did popcorn ceiling removal and painting for me
