I've had a slow kitchen drain for a few months. Tried chemicals and my small snake. -0- long term results. B F Plumbing. came the same day. Good plumber. told me how to avoid issues in the future. As a senior, to me, it was expensive. Most things are expensive. Overall, good job. Good service.

I had to change my waterheater just due to age and called Benjamin Franklin Plumber because they installed the old one. Moreau was the plumber that came out. He showed me the quotes without being sales heavy and pushy. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently to get my new unit installed and running. The cost is a bit on the higher end but I have peace of mind with the installation and the warranty. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin for waterheater service and because Moreau was so awesome I might use them for other plumbing needs future.
