Everyone on the crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They wore protective booties when they needed to enter the house. They had to do some troubleshooting on my particular brand but everyone stayed until every issue was resolved and my heater was working perfectly. It was a pleasure working with Harold and his team. They responded promptly and were able to start the project the next day. They installed a new hot water heater and water softener., and hauled away the old units. Their price was by far cheaper than other quotes that I received. Their service is commendable. They also went above and beyond to give me tips on the things I can do to maintain my units, including how to maintain my air conditioning system.
