Introduction: First and foremost, I love what I do and I care about our customers. It gives me great satisfaction to know that i have helped someone who has been overcharged in the past or given the wrong information about a repair that wasn't needed or was just incorrect. I always try to go above and beyond for every customer. I build relationships with our customers and we make it a point to earn their trust. Nearly 80 percent of our customers have been treated badly by other companies so its our goal to show them that it is possible to have your home repaired without being overcharged or having to call numerous companies to get job done right the first time. Since this is our family business, its our name and reputation on the line so we do everything necessary to make every customer 110% satisfied. One of the things I like most about my job is meeting people and being able to help those that are in need.I like when my customers are happy after I have finished the repair. It gives me great satisfaction to know that we have earned their business for life.

We have received a very professional service for repairing our AC system. Bill answered each question and offered quick viable solutions. We have struggled with big local company left us without working AC for long weekend. In addition this company tried to charge us $800 for parts which are under warranty (I can provide the name of company in private message). Bill arrived on time to our home removed all broken parts and drove to manufacturer shop to ask for parts which he believed are covered under warranty. And he was right! He got parts for free. Bill did excellent job installing new parts. Apparently system did not run smoothly since we got corroded electrical switch. Bill found the problem quite fast and check our permission if we would like to change the switch. Bill stayed on the job until all system worked properly, and done all in a half day. Bill's knowledge, appearance, manners are very appreciated and we confident to hire him again if needed.

Bill did a complete A/C replacement. He was on time he was professional and very courteous. I referred him to a neighbor and he is putting in her unit now. We are very pleased with his work.

    We offer "FREE Diagnosis" with repair. You should get a QUOTE with all major and minor repairs. Always ask questions. All technicians should be willing to explain to you everything about your system and what and why things need to be done. Go with your gut feeling on first impressions with a company and the technician.
