Introduction: First and foremost, I love what I do and I care about our customers. It gives me great satisfaction to know that i have helped someone who has been overcharged in the past or given the wrong information about a repair that wasn't needed or was just incorrect. I always try to go above and beyond for every customer. I build relationships with our customers and we make it a point to earn their trust. Nearly 80 percent of our customers have been treated badly by other companies so its our goal to show them that it is possible to have your home repaired without being overcharged or having to call numerous companies to get job done right the first time. Since this is our family business, its our name and reputation on the line so we do everything necessary to make every customer 110% satisfied.
One of the things I like most about my job is meeting people and being able to help those that are in need.I like when my customers are happy after I have finished the repair. It gives me great satisfaction to know that we have earned their business for life.
