I recently had my oven repaired by this fantastic technician named Kangly . He showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. Not only was he professional, but he also took the time to explain what was wrong with my oven and even showed me the broken part. What amazed me the most was how quickly he fixed it – just 15 minutes, and my oven was up and running again! I was really impressed by his efficiency and expertise. Overall, I had a great experience with Good Deed Appliance Services and I would definitely hire him again if I need any more repairs. If you’re looking for a reliable technician, I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Kangly for any appliance repairs. He was professional, personable/pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to come out the same day and thaw my refrigerator's defrost line in short order and at a reasonable cost that did not offend me. I watched him do it (intrigued) and knew right then that I could never have done it myself. I'm going to keep this guy's name and number for sure!

Unfortunately, I learned that my appliance repair required a plumber, but the service was great and they only charged me for a service call although they spent well over an hour trying to diagnose the problem
