FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the type of service. I offer free estimates and no hidden fees. Most basic repairs like spring or cable replacement have flat rates, and I always explain the total cost before starting any work. I also offer discounts for veterans, first responders, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with clear communication. I first ask the customer to describe the issue or send a few photos. Then I offer a free estimate or set up a time for an in-person inspection. Once we agree on the scope and price, I complete the repair or service quickly and professionally — usually within the same day. After the job, I explain what was done and give maintenance tips to help avoid future problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in engineering from Ukraine, which gave me a strong foundation in mechanics and technical problem-solving. In the U.S., I gained hands-on experience working with Elite Doors in Alaska and later continued developing my skills in Tampa. I’ve worked on a wide range of garage door systems and take pride in combining technical knowledge with real-world service experience.
